TCG Chicago is partnering with a petcare client in their search for a Project Coordinator with a focus in CPG! This is an ongoing contract role in Evanston, IL that starts immediately. Position Summary: Drive packaging execution with detailed management of timelines and key stakeholder approvals using an electronic routing system. Deliverables include, but are not limited to: primary packaging, guides, other misc. packaging components, collateral materials, and tradeshow graphics. You will be required to work closely with cross-functional partners to make sure key stakeholders are consistently aware of project timelines and their responsibility in keeping the master schedule on track. What you'll do: ? Manage packaging artwork through final approval phases and ensures it is ready for production: technically correct, compliant with federal regulations, properly documented, and aesthetically pleasing. ? Responsible for proofreading copy, checking for adherence with brand guidelines and flagging issues for senior design staff and working with a production vendor to clarify markups and traffic artwork ? Ability to cover many projects at the same time, often with tight deadlines. ? The position helps maintain brand standards, and is an advocate for consumer needs and the importance of design and communication. ? Additional projects include developing (with the design agency) deal sheets for Sales, ongoing updates and maintenance of internal and image library, and ensuring Sales has access to packaging and POS images they need. ? Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of professional experience in marketing or related field ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint required. ? Results oriented work ethic ?
