Project Manager

Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION:

A very strong communicator and customer facing experienced and proficient project manager is required for this account who can work from customer location in Boston - He/she has to manage the product and applications projects supporting Mass Connector working closely with internal BPO teams and applications platform teams - This requires extreme collaboration and strong project planning and management with customer and other vendors we have upstream and downstream interfaces with - The person would be required to work with internal stakeholders including applications and BPO teams, dev, test, environment teams, architects, business analysts - He/she would work with stakeholders at customer end including CEO, COO, CIO and Release Managers and leaders from other vendors for building the OE strategy and drive the entire plan across the year - A great deal of understanding and experience on Enrollment, Premium Billing, Payments, Health Plans and associated business products would be required - He/she should have technology stack understanding and associated workflow and lifecycle management tools experience - He/she would be required to present and discuss plans and progress in front of CEO and COO during Open Enrollment periods - He/she would require to work very closely and drive environment management, infrastructure teams, build management, test data management work streams, release management - Very strong communication skills and customer relationship management skills are needed - Deep experience of working with PM tools like MSP, Visio, MS Office and other lifecycle tools is mandated. - Technology platform understanding of products and applications on leading edge and legacy technologies is required - Person should be self-starter, motivated enough to work in a complex and challenging environment with SLA based delivery, fixed priced projects experience - Must have worked on six sigma based process improvement and innovation programs and help bring in automation.
