Project Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our commercial Landscape Development division. The Project Manager will manage a portfolio in the Central Florida market while also driving production, quality, safety and efficiency among the landscape development crew team.




You'll drive business objectives by



•       Building an outstanding team - developing and working with employees to build and support a team environment.



•       Collaborating with operations team to ensure contract specifications are met.



•       Managing multiple landscape development jobs across the Central Florida market.



•       Develop strong relationships with customers through communication and high quality service.



•       Managing equipment utilization, storage and maintenance.



•       Overseeing dispatch of all labor, equipment and materials to job sites.



•       Ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers.




Job Requirements

Requirements



•       3+ years of commercial landscape development experience



•       Ability to read landscape and irrigation plans for new construction



•       Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.



•       Effective oral and written communication skills.



•       Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment.



•       Customer service experience – able to identify and resolve customer concerns.



•       Must have valid Florida Driver’s License



Preferred Skills & Experience



•       Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
