This position requires an experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant. Join this existing team in the Hamilton, New Jersey area as a Senior Project Manager and you could work with our local client onsite! Your success will depend on being responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Submit your application today! A Healthcare/NHS company is looking for a candidate to fill a full-time role for a duration. Your responsibilities - Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests - Work closely together and communicates with designers, stakeholders, developers, and technical team members - Associates with Product Owner/Product Manager to make sure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are unmistakable and attainable - Convenes material from technical leads, business analysts, and QA leads into advice - Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments - Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards - Works in partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Coordinates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are focused, timely, and brief - Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Assist the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Plans schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops - Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively - Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies - Adheres and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion - Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable - Steers project planning - Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager - Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist

Job Requirements

? Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management ? CAPM or PMP a plus. ? 3-5 years? experience with Project Management preferable, familiar with project management techniques, tools and methodologies ? Experience in long-term dependency planning using MS Project ? Experience with training, assigning, scheduling, communicating expectations, reviewing contributions, etc. ? Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing ? Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building skills with experience managing virtual teams comprised of technology and business SMEs across locations ? Demonstrate a history of successful cross-departmental collaboration within a technical environment ? Good understanding of IT oriented methods and approaches; able to work well and communicate with IT Developers. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities ? Excellent organizational skills required. ? Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. Physical requirements/Working conditions: Class: Full-time, Exempt ? Climate controlled office environment ? Minimal physical requirements ? Dynamic, time-sensitive environment ?
