This long-term temporary employment opportunity is based in the Bedford, New Hampshire area. The ideal candidate for this job can act as a key member of the team to effectively ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. The other main part of this role is responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Your responsibilities in this role - Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status - Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused - Conducts deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead - Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects - Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards - Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments - Heads project planning - Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met - Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager - Facilitates to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests - Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product - Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials - Work in close cooperation and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers - Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner - Jointly acts with Product Owner/Product Manager to warrant that the product vision and high-level business objectives are definite and viable - Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap - Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively - Plans the RACI matrix for projects in a product line - Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products - Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies

Job Requirements

- Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership - You'll do well at this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification - If you're looking for job openings and have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools, you might be a good fit for this position - Project management experience desired - Knowledge of Project Management Certification - Deep understanding of project management process improvement - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - You could be a good applicant for this position if you are flexible and focused - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines - You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
