Responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering a major project or several small projects through all phases of development including Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND:
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Experience with Project Management
Proficient in Revit
K-12 experience is strongly preferred
Experience with education projects and Whole Site Modernization
Experience overseeing Design Development, production of Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
Experience in establishing budgets and proposals, preparing schedules, and monitoring adherence to terms
Experience in construction phases of projects, responsible for final specifications and providing overall guidance on objectives and concepts to clients, contractors, and consultants
Strong skills and talent in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials
*CA architectural license is a plus
