This person will be working as a project manager in the global aftermarket division supporting a team of global data engineers.
Coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects for the team (making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities).
Implement the appropriate methodology based upon the project and team needs (Waterfall, Kan-ban, Scrum)
Work with business partners to capture, interpret, and communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of the
Business (VOB), and Critical Customer Requirements (CCR) to develop a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to reduce program risk and enhance project schedule quality.
Coordinate and facilitate daily stand up team meetings, planning sessions, backlog grooming, etc.
Provide a comprehensive status of all projects including updating department reports.
Assist the team with utilizing the appropriate project management/workload management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.
