Responsibilities: ? Design, document, and implement initiatives to improve sales team throughput and efficiency ? Map our customer?s buying and implementation journey, identify their pain points, and design and implement initiatives to enhance their experience ? Establish and manage long-term strategic goals over time ? Develop budgets and operating plans for initiatives ? Develop evaluation methods to assess initiative strengths and identify areas for improvement ? Apply agile principles, implementing changes and intervening liberally to course correct initiatives where necessary ? Embed rigorous planning and execution methodology in the business organization ? Strengthen culture around execution precision and results orientation ? Coordinate initiative design and execution across sales functions (enterprise sales, channel sales, sales operations, and demand generation/ growth marketing) and other key departments (operations, finance, partnerships, product marketing, and product design) Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree (required) and Master?s degree (preferred) ? 3+ years of experience in program management or adjacent field promoting similar skill set (eg. Management consulting with PMO/PMI experience) ? Tech-based, B2B experience (preferred) ? Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment ? Excellent organizational and follow-through skills ? Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ? Exceptional communication and collaboration skills ? Strong ability to influence and elicit action from leaders across an organization ? Ability and enthusiasm to work fluidly across a diverse group with varied backgrounds, communication styles, and technical skillsets ? Commands respect via intelligence, work ethic, humility ?
