Practice Management Director

Overview: Our client is looking for a Practice Management Director to join its Litigation Team


Company: Boutique Litigation and Investigations Law Firm


Compensation: Commensurate with Experience


Experience: 8+ years, Experience in Complex Commercial Litigation Practice


Location: New York City


Relocation: No.


Responsibilities Include:

The Practice Management Director will coordinate work assignments for all timekeepers, with an emphasis on associate assignments, and help train and evaluate associates on case management skills. In this role, the PMD will collaborate with associates, legal staff, paralegals, litigation support, managing clerk’s office, operations support, staff attorneys, and Firm leadership to maximize productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.


Qualifications Include:


  • 8+ years, Complex Commercial Litigation Experience;
  • AmLaw 200 Experience
  • Excellent Research and Writing Skills
  • Writing Sample and Transcript Required.
  • Interest in or experience with managing a litigation practice
