Key responsibilities - Build and grow a team to success - Oversee pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies - Provide internal safeguards by overseeing record keeping and control systems - Suggest, lead, and work on projects to enhance current processes - Partner with other areas in Finance, as well as Human Resources, Tax, IT, and other departments as necessary for reporting, compliance and strategic analysis - Monitor all internal and external audits - Collaborate with additional members of senior Finance leadership staff - Give information and data to senior executives and cross-functional business leaders and respond to any questions - Complete weekly, monthly, and unique compensation payroll runs, as well as understand pay policies (LOA, disability, worker's compensation, vacation, bonus, etc.) and ensure correct amounts/deductions are applied to different earnings codes in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws - Support payroll staff as well as operations - Track financial trends by executing payroll analysis If you have the interest and required skills, then apply for the role and send resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé].
