Marketing Project Manager

Compensation: $72,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year

The Creative Group is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to work closely with the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing to develop and execute strategic programs for delivering brand and marketing content across a diverse mix of communication channels and support a full-service financial services firm, including our retail brokerage, capital markets, correspondent services and financial technology businesses. This position provides an excellent opportunity to be part of one of the nation?s leading financial institutions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Spearhead Salesforce implementation to various divisions ? Coordinate with key stakeholders to expand internal and external marketing resources that fulfill objectives and support the growth of the firm ? Develop solutions to effectively manage multi-faceted projects; including content management, workflow and maintenance to ensure on-time and in scope delivery ? Identify and develop new marketing programs and opportunities, while continuing to support and improve all current print, website and online initiatives ? Design and execute product-specific promotional campaigns ? Highly customer focused with the ability to improve all aspects of the client experience including acquisition, servicing, engagement and retention

Job Requirements

? BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field ? 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry ? Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop ? Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience desired ? Able to design and create a variety of materials ? Collaborate with team members on delivery concepts that are visually appealing and meet strategic objectives ? Strong project management skills in brand exposure, advertising, collateral development and distribution, direct marketing, website strategy and content maintenance, events and sponsorships, social media and other online mediums ? Self-motivated, organized and professional, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of the immediate team, including C-Suite Executives, to achieve desired business results ? Extremely detail orientated ? Strong verbal/written communication, presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate and express ideas to a wide variety of individuals and groups at all levels ? Strong creative thinking and dynamic/innovative approaches applied to age-old problems and opportunities ?
