Marketing Project Manager

The Creative Group (TCG) is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Project Manager to ensure the precise execution of omnichannel marketing projects, aligning messaging strategy with business objectives, and overseeing performance metrics. What you will get to do every single day
•Create project schedules, maintain job files, track and monitor progress, route projects and conduct status meetings
•Assist in organizing and handling resources to deliver the elements required to complete a project with defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints
•Lead the efficient flow of work and information from marketing to creative and production departments
•Craft strong messaging strategy for both digital and print assets for products and educational purposes
•Oversee editorial calendar, vendor relations, and resource allocation
•Work conjointly with IT to manage and update the main website, ensuring best practices for SEO/SEM, paid search, and social media platforms

Job Requirements

What we're looking for
•5+ years agency or in-house experience as a project manager or content manager
•Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
•Strong writing and verbal communication skills
•Experience building effective KPI’s, and aligning strategies for continuous growth
•Understanding of product marketing tactics, product displays, and competitive analysis
•Continuously researches new market trends, evaluates performance metrics, and provides recommendations to leadership
- Present information both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals
- Prior experience with Social Media Strategy
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Content
- Well-founded grasp of Copywriting
- Skills in SEO
- Knowledge of Paid Media
- Practical knowledge of Digital Analytics
- Solid understanding of Social Media Trends
- Quality experience with Digital Channels
- General familiarity with copyediting
- Previous experience working with Digital Media Campaigns
- Copywriting experience highly desired
- Proven knowledge of email copywriting
- Earlier work involving Digital Advertising
- Solid understanding of cross functional project management
- Comprehension of Corporate Social Media
- Solid understanding of Paid Search
- Experience with Social Media Channels
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing
- Project management experience
- Wide ranging experience with Digital Analytics
- Brand Messaging experience
- Proficiency in Messaging Strategy
