Marketing Operations Manager

Reporting to the Global Director of Demand Generation you will join a team that is responsible for the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of all marketing efforts from acquisition through the customer journey, increasing the capabilities of the team to leverage the functionality in the technology stack, as well as building and maintaining scaleable programs with regular consistent tracking of metrics and reporting to key marketing and sales stakeholders. Responsibilities ? Manage technical aspects of the marketing automation systems (Eloqua) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads ? Support regional marketers with local programs and initiatives by establishing and maintaining scalable processes and frameworks that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, as well as data quality ? Provide guidance for metric reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact ? Analyze marketing and sale data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization ? Manage email marketing and email governance, working closely with cross-functional departments to segment lists, personalize message, and prioritize outreach ? Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis, list management and lead process ? Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance ? Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with business stakeholders and technology partners

Job Requirements

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent. ? 5+ years of marketing automation and operation experience as a power user/admin ? Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and alterations ? Proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Eloqua, but not required) and integrating those systems with other technologies ? Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis ? Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment ? Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes ?
