A leading home warranty provider seeks a talented Marketing Manager with experience in the residential real estate vertical. You will join an energetic team to develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to meet and exceed our aggressive annual warranty sales goals. This position is a crucial addition to our team as the real estate channel has experienced double digit growth over the past three years with more growth and expansion planned in the future. This position will have frequent interaction with sales management teams, account executives as well as cross functional teams and provide support for online/offline strategies that engage residential brokers and agents nationwide. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented, creative, flexible, efficient, and have a roll up your sleeves mindset.
Our new Marketing Manager must have demonstrated experience in, and a passion for:
Establishing strategic marketing initiatives to achieve annual sales revenues, profitability, and market share
Developing and implementing online and offline strategies while tracking their effectiveness to support sales
Reporting metrics to ensure each initiative is meeting target goals and making recommendations to adjust accordingly
Analyzing strategies and fine-tuning based on data, feedback and market trends
Collaborating with different members of sales and marketing team to develop integrated communications and promotional activities that achieve brand equity in support of annual sales goals
Building and executing B2B2C promotional activities including print, email marketing, social media, trade show strategy, etc.
Creating and implementing content strategies that result in high engagement and conversion of prospects and existing clients.
Monitoring and evaluating industry and non-industry competitors to create a 'play book' to engage real estate professionals
Developing and managing annual marketing budgets.
A minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience within Residential Real Estate
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or related field.
Strong Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing skills, technical aptitude, interpersonal and analytical skills, and strategic focus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
Attention to detail especially when reviewing online and offline materials
Proficiency with MS Office Applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
