The Creative Group is reviewing candidates for a full-time Marketing Manager role to place with our client based in the Golden Valley area. Do you possess a customer-first mindset and have experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices? Are you looking to make a significant impact? If so and you are interested in being the single marketing resource for a small company (under 100 employees), this opportunity might be the place for you to display your understanding of the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. You will shine in this role if you are intrigued by the opportunity to make significant contributions, lead marketing strategy and execution, and thrive on feedback—all while keeping tight control over the bottom line and driving lead conversions. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will get the opportunity to manage digital improvement initiatives and participate in digital transformation efforts.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with company leadership and sales team on all marketing strategies and initiatives
- Lead the strategy, development and execution of email marketing, social media marketing, website content, event marketing, and content creation
- Report back on marketing efforts to drive future strategies
- Limited interaction directly with clients/customers
- Advance, commence, build, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns, including spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Brainstorm with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to increase the customer journey & experience

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of marketing experience
- The ideal candidate should have a reasonable combination of skill, management experience and initiative
- Experience executing omni-channel marketing campaigns spanning social media, website management, email marketing, event marketing, and content creation
- Familiarity with Constant Contact, MailChimp, or related email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with print industry, ideal but not required
- Experience developing customer journey, leading brand consistency, driving traffic to website and converting leads
- Comfort with speaking directly with company leadership as well as clients
- Interest in creating video content
