Marketing Manager

Job Description

Aerotek is seeking a Marketing Manager for a manufacturing company in Sisters. The starting salary range is betweek$70,000 per year - $75,000 per year. There will be incentive bonuses based on performance on top of the salary. This company is looking to add a marketing manager to help allocate as effectively as possible a large marketing budget. This company offers great benefits including, health, dental, a company matched retirement plan, paid holidays, and PTO. This is a direct placement opportunity, meaning there is no contract period associated with the role.


Job Duties:

  • Managing and developing all marketing for company and activities within the marketing department
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
  • Preparing online and print marketing materials
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and create, track and report on key metrics showing the success and ROI of marketing investments
  • Analyze potential strategic partnerships for related marketing
  • Overall responsibility of brand management and identity
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Ability to successfully leverage channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, PR, email marketing to drive traffic to our website through landing pages, social media, apps., etc Website/landing page creation and optimization, HTML/CSS skills are highly desired

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Marketing Management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metric-driven thinking
  • Excellent written skills and willingness to create marketing content; quarterly newsletter, blogs, case studies, trade journal
  • Proficient with Wordpress
  • Be data-driven, utilize analytical tools and have demonstrated decision making experience
