The Marketing Manager, Partnerships will work closely with my clients, key partners to develop/define strategies and execute marketing campaigns to acquire and retain new customers. This position will work closely with our Creative, Web, Operations, Finance,Customer Service, and Product teams. Through relationship management experience (including excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills) this role will be instrumental in the success of my clients several marketing acquisition programs. Job Responsibilities: - Work with the VP Marketing to develop integrated multi-channel and offer marketing strategies to acquire new and retain previous customers. -Develop action plans to track progress on growth opportunities. -Manage campaign execution process for partner campaigns across multiple channels (email, display, social media, print, inserts and direct mail). -Monitor campaign performance, communicate key learnings and make recommendations on how to optimize future results. -Work with Wine and Design teams to brief-in offer and creative needs for campaigns. -Determine how to grow the partnerships. Collaborate closely with partners to open-up channel access and maximize volume and frequency. -Prepare and deliver quarterly performance reviews. -Support new partner development process. -Manage marketing budget, re-forecast and campaign expenses for partner campaigns.
