Job Title: Marketing Data & Analytics Manager
Location: US-CA-Redlands

Overview:
Lead our data and analytics team and continually improve data management and analytics processes across our marketing technology systems, supporting the marketing division's overall data operations. You and your team will work to create scalable processes and insights that inform and ensure best practices in campaign strategy, lead nurturing, database management, architecture, reporting, and actionable analysis.

Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in servicing and supporting campaign data, lead management, campaign analytics, and marketing list management
* Create and maintain reporting on marketing and sales activities detailing their effectiveness and business impact through all marketing channels, including digital advertising and eCommerce
* Lead all aspects of predictive analytics and predictive modeling to discover insights that will guide revenue generation and uncover optimization opportunities
* Lead the marketing data governance program and continue to scale the program, as well as establish the marketing data center of excellence
* Lead and oversee applying data science practices throughout our marketing and sales organizations
* Partner with the Esri BI team to implement best practices of data management for reporting and analytics
* Develop a team to analyze marketing and sales data, including sources of unstructured data, to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization or opportunities for growth
* Create and execute analytical processes to identify marketing opportunities, traits, and segments that enhance the web experience and signals to better market to our audiences, introduce uplift in marketing response, and produce qualified leads for Sales
* Oversee and maintain a data steward and data quality program within the marketing organization
* Provide analysis and strategic direction for organic and acquisition-based list growth
* Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize campaign performance
* Implement and optimize data integrations across marketing platforms, including use of tools such as Informatica, SAS, Power BI, SQL Server, Google and Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, SPSS, R, and Hadoop
* Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, data services) and lead management processes across those systems using advanced data analysis techniques
* Monitor and track team performance, focusing on continual process improvement

The Company:
* 5 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and achieve goals
* Experience working with and counseling senior management
* Experience with the following systems: SAS, Power BI, Salesforce (including Analytics Studio), SQL Server, Google and Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, other DMPs, SPSS, marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Hadoop, NoSQL, basic API integrations
* Strong technical and analytical skills and experience with enterprise reporting and data analysis
* Understand use of data, statistical algorithms, and machine learning techniques to develop forecasts and predictive models
* Track record of building an effective team and improving that team over time
* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communications skills and the desire to improve processes
* Previous experience implementing an enterprise analytics platform
* Effective interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
* Bachelor's or equivalent working experience
