Marketing Automation Manager

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be in charge of developing the media and media plans to attract visitors to our sites and outbound activities, convert that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurture those leads to close into customers in a joint effort with the sales regions. You will define the campaigns for our product and services portfolio as well as thought and technology leadership campaigns based on market and channel insights reflecting market back and capability forward perspectives. Additionally, you will lead agencies, colleagues and sales region staff to understand the necessities of the market and business for the development of campaign strategies, media design and execution of campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of inbound marketing, content creation and a strong sales-oriented approach.
Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry and marketing goals.
To implement strategies from the campaign plans and roadmaps and to actively and frequently propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.
To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across the sales regions.
Propose and facilitate key performance indicators with your management and achieve increases across the campaigns against the agreed key performance indicators.
To use a variety of proprietorial and third-party tools to compile and draw insight from both company specific, sector specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand user trends and behavior and add to the performance of campaigns.
To ensure your knowledge of the digital industry and changes within inbound marketing is kept up to date and relevant.
Together with specialized colleagues you ensure traffic is driven to content assets by leveraging landing pages, social media promotions, search engine optimization, paid advertisements, events and more.
Cultivate a strong network of internal relationships to identify appropriate resources to execute on strategies by gaining the trust and confidence of the business leaders.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:
BA or BS degree
Degree in marketing related field
At least 5 years of employment history, which must include experience in inbound marketing with an insight in classic campaign management.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross team capacity.

PREFERRED:
Having worked in B2B markets, although exposure to B2C markets is a plus.
Preferred industries include technology driven industries.
Experience with Adobe/other web content management systems.
Experience with Salesforce Pardot/other marketing automation tool.
