# Samsung Electronics America _,Plano Texas_ Dec 11, 2017 # General Description We are seeking an Analytics Leader for Workday reports/analytics development and strategy as well as analytics outside of Workday. Upon joining Samsung, you will become an integral part of our newly created HR Shared Services Center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to the next generation of analytics including predictive, while supporting current analytics and advanced reporting needs of multiple subsidiaries across North America. # Necessary Skills / Attributes
• Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of directly related experience is required
• MBA or other advanced degree in business or quantitative discipline a significant plus
• Strong data analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• Prior knowledge of Business Intelligence software, including Tableau and R
• Understanding of HR business practices and HCM tools, including Workday and its reporting capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage in a rapid change
• Detailed oriented person with strong leadership experience willing to take on a challenge
• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct the activities of other employees in order to achieve objectives, project schedules, and team goals and to complete assignments within established time frames and specifications
• Ability to develop tasks and work assignments, clearly define objectives, and give technical direction with applied knowledge of alternatives
• Must be able to influence others in acceptance, approval and to provide technical clarification
• Intermediate computer skills with other Microsoft business applications software, compensation software packages, organization software packages
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analysis skills for researching, analyzing, developing, and leading in the implementation of Human Resources related programs and recommendations
• This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personnel and corporate dynamics # Company Information
