The Manager of Customer Analytics will manage the customer analytics team including customer behavior analytics, predictive analytics and marketing analytics. The role will require deep grasp of information analysis and delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights, based on a clear understanding of business objectives. The Manager of Customer Analytics will generate, distribute and present operating reports as well as ad-hoc analyses across the organization, leveraging Customer and Marketing KPIs to guide and influence business decisions. This role will also have responsibility for furthering the predictive analytical capabilities within this company, by guiding analysts along the predictive customer analytics roadmap to implementing predictive models for recommending products, offers, and contact with customers.

As the Manager of Customer Analytics, you will define, measure, and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our client's consumer segment and provide actionable marketing insights related to customer behavior, product and content performance, site conversion and testing, and campaign performance. In this position you will make sure all business needs are being met and new actionable analytical insights about the customer are being provided to all levels of management as appropriate to guide and influence business decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, applied Quantitative or related field and 5+ years of hands on experience OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of hands on experience
•Advanced proficiency working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze customer performance using business intelligence tools such as SQL (required), Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
•Proficient with statistical languages such as SAS, R, Python, or equivalent.
•Proven track record in analytical segmentation, testing, response and campaign ROI analysis.
•Proficient with statistical techniques such as multiple (non)linear regression, survival analysis, PCA, clustering, decision trees, event-based modeling, or others. Proficient with advanced techniques in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or deep learning
•Ability to handle multiple, complex projects in a collaborative deadline-driven environment.
•Strong oral and written communicator with demonstrated experience translating analytics findings into business insights and influencing business stakeholders to drive action and optimize business performance.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
•Strong people mentorship skills.
•Retail experience a plus. Transactional analytics experience required.
