You will be responsible for tactical space planning, data mining/analysis, reporting and interpretation of space planning metrics in an effort to provide recommendations and proposed solutions for a client's occupancy needs. You work closely with the Director of Business Engagement and Strategic Planner to engage internal clients, understand demand, validate occupancy information and develop strategic presentations/material intended for executive audiences. You build strong relationships within the business and among the GWS team, including deep understanding of what our teams do, real estate metrics and space planning to ensure data accuracy. You will work across a diverse GWS group of leaders to intake and circulate information enabling clear understanding of strategy, execution and outcomes. This position supports to flow of information tied to a strategy across the GWS functions and support partners.   Essential Function\: Partners with business units, in support of Business Engagement function, to understand demand needsDevelops tactical plans and supports project execution ensuring outcome aligns with strategic decisionsUnderstand up and down stream space dependencies/adjacencies across the real estate portfolio (including global locations)Collaborates with other team members to gain business intelligence. Responsible for occupancy data within the system of record. May be required to manage space walks for validation and update of occupancy metrics.Partners with other departments on move and relocation sequencing and execution.Develops communication plan and project schedule in coordination with project managerMakes recommendations to Management on necessary space planning code changes and/or requirements and updates.Attends client meetings to collect requirements, present findings and recommendation. Obtains approvals to proceed when required.Acts as a single point of contact for relevant systems/processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.Critical function in the ongoing new Headquarters site strategy/stack plans; including capacityProactively provides “hot spots” or impending changes to Strategic Planner including recommended solutions to solve opportunityAnalyzes space requirements and provides conceptual space plans and recommendations to real estate team(s) and/or stake holders; Prepares block or stack plan(s); charter(s) and move lists.   Our integrated businesses demand the talents and creativity of individuals with a wide range of skills and experience\: Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred),3-5 years understanding and developing tactical plans with experience in client facing roleProficient in AutoCAD and PowerPoint.Exceptional interpersonal skills\: experience engaging stakeholders on demand and supply planningProblem Solving mindset; informs thoughts based on benchmark, data and researchStrong written and verbal communication skills;Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment.Strong collaboration, cross-functional partnership, project management, and program coordination skills   Why Asurion?
