Manager/Director SEC Reporting

Compensation: $140,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year

Within an innovative, global, publicly traded company, there is currently a full-time position open for an experienced Manager/Director of SEC Reporting.
    In this role you will be responsible for:
  • SEC reporting compliance including reviewing/managing filings of 10Qs, 10Ks, 8Ks and other filings
  • Technical accounting research
  • Overseeing the preparation and review of investor communications
  • Ensuring proper internal controls, policies and procedures
  • Implementing new accounting guidance across the organization
This SEC Reporting position comes with a strong compensation and benefits package, including a long-term potential opportunity for the candidate. Job Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • MAcc/MBA/CPA highly preferred
  • 5+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
  • Public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred
  • Current and relevant ERP system experience
  • Skillful in analytical, quantitative and social skills
  • Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
  • Spreadsheet and database capabilities
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
