Manager, Fossil Marketing - Charlotte NC

Job Description

Day & Zimmermann is actively accepting applications for a Manager of Fossil Marketing position based out of our Charlotte office.



Works closely with Business Development (BD), Proposals, Strategy, & Operations to drive profitable growth and development of ECM's fossil market through strategic marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and campaigns that support attracting and retaining our customers.



Strategic Marketing: Perform market and competitor research to understand the state of the fossil industry. Craft and implement an overall Fossil market plan that positions us to win.


Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain consistent and accurate sales content, collateral, and messaging to use in proposals, presentations, and other campaigns. Keep a pulse on the sales team's needs and adjust content accordingly to address market trends and new services and/or products.


Customer Experience (CX): Research, measure and analyze customer needs including ECM customer data (NPS, KPIs, et al). Provide recommendations and iniatitives to further engage and drive exceptional CX through all ECM 'touches'.


Content Management: Create distinctive, compelling and consistent branded presentations and messages to attract and retain customers. Includes developing assets and collateral for digital marketing to support social selling, digital & print advertising, and lead nuturing campaigns.


Branding: Work with BD and Marketing's Tradeshow Coordinator to execute brand strategy in marketing messaging and materials for tradeshows and events to ensure an engaging CX.

What You Need To Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's Degree in journalism, marketing, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of progressive Marketing & Communications experience in the engineering and construction industry

  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
