The Digital Analyst role supports multiple customer groups across therapeutic areas and will be an expert in analyzing digital tactics with a deep familiarity in pharmaceutical industry. Recommending contact optimization strategies to maximize revenue and profit. The role requires an in-depth understanding of non-personal marketing methodologies which includes email, mobile apps, websites, social media, customer relationship management databases and ecommerce platforms to name a few. The role will be responsible for creating engagement reports and work closely in developing the impact analysis with the TA Business analyst.
Responsibilities include working with the Cx CoE in implementing standard methodologies and best practices across various digital channels. Standardization and automation of operational reports to track engagement across campaigns. Managing and working on web analytics audits to ensure all KPI’s are tracking appropriately and that these KPI’s ladder back up to business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities\:
Conduct engagement analysis on ongoing and completed campaigns to drive higher engagement and document learnings. Recommending contact optimization strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
Analyzing digital marketing performance based on customer and product segmentation and developing segmentation approaches for customers and prospects.
Accessing and analyzing digital marketing data from a variety of analytic tools (Database, Email, Website, etc.) in order to create customized reports and dashboards.
Proficient in campaign marketing tools specifically Adobe. Liaison with Cx CoE to implement and follow standard best practices. Creation of KPIs for each channel.
Identifying potential data quality issues; responsible for quality assurance testing and guidance for correction of any issues that are observed.
Build and share knowledge of analytical methodologies and high quality vendors with others in the department.
Establish work habits to support the TA NPP business evolving business strategy and execution needs.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and six (6) years or Master's degree from an accredited institution and four (4) years of experience conducting digital analytics or working in another analytical field with a demonstrated passion for digital marketing techniques.
Proficiency in conducting digital analytics or working in another analytical field with a demonstrated passion for digital technology.
Deep experience with Adobe/Google analytics and QA’ing GA/AA events & tracking is required.
Proficiency in the development, documentation and communication of analytical plans.
Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings. Working knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies
Proficiency in non-personal marketing tactics such as email, banner, mobile and alerts.
Experience in analyzing campaigns and performing in-campaign analytics to improve performance.
Experience in working with Consumer marketing databases.
Ability to organize and mine large sets of data for insights and to communicate clearly the findings of complex analyses. Ability to find key insights across disparate sets of data to help positively impact the business.
Proficiency in SAS or R or other data extraction/analytical tool. Experience with excel and Power Point.
