Interim Paralegal or Contracts Manager

A Major, Lindsey & Africa Interim Legal Talent client is seeking paraprofessional with experience with commercial contracts to assist with the implementation of a new contracts management system. This is a temporary position, expected to last about 3 months, in Atlanta, GA.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating with legal department and other stakeholders to identify historical contracts and documents for entry into a new software system
  • Gather all necessary information from past contracts and research any outstanding issues
  • Coordinate with outside vendor overseeing the data migration process
  • Assist with legal department overflow work, primarily drafting, negotiation and administration of commercial contracts

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • At least two years of transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
