Inside Sale Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy and professional Sales Manager to lead our growing inside sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales.

Duties:

  • Setting sales quotas and agent incentive programs
  • Develop sales agent training program
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Develop, maintain and execute go to market strategy for Inside Sales Team
  • Monitor and maintain agent call quality
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results weekly
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • CRM training for sales agents
  • Oversee the Sales Trainer with ongoing training of the sales team
  • Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, guidance, setting objectives and product knowledge education to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Responsible for the department's overall client retention rate and sales goals
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Prepare sales reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in planning and implementing phone room sales strategies
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sale team
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
