Managing Inside Sales team within call center
This position will be developing the training program from the ground up. Ability to also influence if need to change incentive program.
Looking for candidates to Monitor and maintain agent call quality.
Will need to present sales reporting to management team.
Ideally looking for a Sales Success Specialist that has experience training teams. Ideal Candidate will have leadership and software sales.
