The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the management, design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Bank technology infrastructure supporting the Enterprise. The IT Infrastructure Manager manages the Server Infrastructure (LAN), Logical Data Administration (DBA), Network Infrastructure (WAN) and all cloud infrastructure solutions. The IT Infrastructure Manager oversees the design, installation, connectivity and operation of computer systems and network infrastructure, and the readiness of Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery facilities for on prem and cloud based solutions. The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for strategic planning, plan execution and relationship building with senior stakeholders. ?Oversee Asset Management and Configuration Management within IT. ?Design and implement plans to make certain servers and the network meet business and user demands, and that they scale as needed to meet future requirements. Own system performance and availability monitoring. Work as part of an IT team with project managers, other infrastructure and application teams, and the business lines to implement effective and practical solutions. Technical point of contact for all this party vendor installed systems ?Manage Data Administration. Work with IT Risk and Control to ensure Sabannes Oxley requirements are met for IT based on established procedures and controls. Interface with Internal Audit and develop remediation plans for all identified recommendations,. Develop and implement policies, control procedures and standards for all infrastructure equipment. Liaise with external regulatory examiners as necessary. ?Own Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing. Support Business Continuity Planning and Testing. Coordinate outages with multiple IT and Business teams. Includes 24 hour availability except for when coverage is planned in advance. Oversees the Information Technology of entire group in absence of Director of IT. ?Responsible for the management, design, installation, operation and maintenance of the Bank technology infrastructure supporting the Enterprise. Required ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong leadership, presentation and project management skills. ? 10+ years experience in IT Infrastructure Management and Delivery across multiple technology domains in a Financial Services Organization. Ability to work with Senior stakeholders ? 3-5 Years Azure Cloud Platform Architecture experience detailing how Azure Infrastructure and platform services fit in the overall application architecture ? Strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS cloud services, AWS ? Experience deploying a Citrix XenApp, Netscaler environment across the enterprise ? 5+ years experience leveraging corporate shared IT services (ex. infrastructure, network, UNIX, database). ? Experience supporting Distributed System technology components like Virtual servers, LDAP, Active Directory and SQL and open source tools ? Tool knowledge in Help Desk Support, Desktop Support and system monitoring. ServiceNow ? Knowledge of Banking business domain: SOX, SDLC, Policy Administration, GLBA, CFPB ? In-depth knowledge of a Windows servers including; Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, and Microsoft SQL. ? In-depth knowledge of VMware ESXi, vCenter and view. ? Experience with PURE Storage SAN solution ? Experience with System Development Life Cycle controls include Agile SCRUM principles ? Experience managing a team of more than 10 people ? Experience supporting client network connectivity ? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ? Experience with acquisitions / conversions ?
