As an HR Generalist you will work under the guidance and direction of the HR Executive. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing Human Resources programs across the organization. You will support the following areas; onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, HR document management, performance management, training, project management and compliance.
Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:
§ Assist in the development and implementation of training and onboarding programs.
§ Support team members with workforce issues by listening to their concerns and managing each case in a timely and sensitive manner.
§ Consult managers on workplace issues and recommend appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
§ Assist managers and employees with performance issues by identifying and clarifying problems, evaluating and implementing solutions and coaching team members as needed.
§ Respond to employee inquiries regarding employee benefits to include medical, dental, 401k, PTO, FMLA, worker’s compensation and general personnel matters.
§ Support HRIS implementation and provide support to field staff by communicating technology and process updates, and providing training as needed.
§ Assist with benefits enrollment for eligible employees to include health, dental, and 401k retirement plans.
§ Assist the HR department and Leadership teams with the annual performance review process.
§ Manage and maintain all HR documents and program materials to include the Company Policy Handbook.
§ Maintain the file system for current and former employees.
§ Assist in the coordination of employee meetings and group events.
§ Leverage strong project management skills to ensure the attainment of project deliverables and timelines.
