Process and administer payroll for 150 ee’s
•Develop and manage the processes and procedures to support a 150+ person organization.
•Experienced with recruiting for 10 open positions at a time(mostly administrative)
•Maintain employee HR policy and handbook, procedures and systems for areas including: performance management, employee recruiting, training and orientation, payroll, disciplinary actions, employee benefits, regulatory compliance and time off
•Implement strategic organizational changes to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
•Ensure that the new full-time orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
•Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and detail oriented resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulation
•Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
•Improve employee morale and productivity
•Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
•Knowledgeable in labor laws especially in the States of Ct, NY, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
