Growing Oakland company is seeking an HR consultant to implement an HR department from scratch. This person will develop a strategic company structure by providing the following: ? Analysis of metrics, including turnover and associated costs, per-employee costs, per-department hiring ? Development of policy to drive corporate culture ?
