JOB DESCRIPTION Robert Half is seeking a Program Specialist to be a part of Talent Management Programs which researches, presents, develops, and manages various talent management programs across RHI and Protiviti. Specific Responsibilities: ? Coordinate and execute recurring processes/tasks associated with talent management programs with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met. ? Act as first point-of-contact providing requested information or escalating to the Program Manager as appropriate. ? Continually review processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to Program Manager. ? Assists Program Manager in the coordination and execution of program related projects, as well as ad hoc projects. Includes completing tasks associated with project execution and coordinating and preparing materials for project meetings and taskforces. ? Act as point-of-contact for external vendors as it relates to executing events/activities (i.e. confirmations, delivery, set-up, clean-up). ? Assist in creating program and project materials to include presentations, communications, training, and rollout materials. Update and maintain program/process documents. ? Contact and work with employees from various internal departments to obtain information or complete tasks. ? Assist in collecting, compiling, and auditing talent management program information (metrics, feedback, reports, etc.). ? Research, order, set up food for upcoming meetings and events ? Research talent management trends per direction of Program Manager Qualifications: ? A.A. degree or equivalent work experience required. ? 2+ years administrative support experience in a large public corporate environment, preferably in HR. ? Proven experience executing routine tasks and processes with minimal supervision. ? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
