Our client is beverage company in San Francisco looking for an HR Director to support their dedicated team.My client is looking for an HR Director who can help redefine the word HR! Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings; acting as a liaison between company counsel and the organization. Maintain required talent by establishing best practices in recruiting, testing, interviewing and onboarding process; counseling managers on candidate selection; developing employee agreements; conducting and analyzing exit interviews. Provide ongoing guidance and instruction in best practices and techniques for successful hiring and retention of quality store-level employees.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience in employee relations, training, recruitment, compensation and performance management. Union or labor relations experience preferred. Ability to bring immediate credibility to the human resources function through his/her detail oriented qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest levels of integrity. Ability to see 'beneath the surface' of employee interactions to analyze operational efficiencies and identify potential personnel issues.
