HR CONSULTANT Robert Half HR Services is looking for a highly-skilled HR CONSULTANT?to join a dynamic, leading-edge, family-owned health care organization. You will help the company optimize everyday processes including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention. The ideal HR Consultant will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills. The goal is to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will help business as a whole. YOU'RE RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE: * Design a comprehensive program to integrate applicants (pre-hires) and new employees to enhance applicant and employee engagement, retention, motivation and job satisfaction. * Assess current overall recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and retention processes. * Communicate and evaluate organization's current state for recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes. * Identify and recommend best practices for process improvements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * 7+ years Human Resource Management or Human Resource Consulting Experience * Self-confidence: HR consultants must be sure of themselves as they will impart their expertise onto others * Theoretical and practical knowledge: They must have the experience necessary to understand what solutions have worked in the past and about how to improve upon past mistakes. * Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner: HR consultants understand complex ideas in HR, but they must be able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand. * Proven experience as HR consultant * Experience in project management preferably HR related * In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices * Solid understanding of research methods and analysis * An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and consulting skills About Robert Half Management Resources: Robert Half Management Resources places highly skilled consultants on interim and project engagements in organizations ranging from start-ups to FORTUNE 1000 firms.
