Group Product Manager

Top Skills Details:

1.) 5+ years' of experience with product management, specifically supporting consumer-facing products in an eCommerce, product organization.

-This candidate should have experience working on frontend interfaces used by consumers. Supporting internal, white-label tools won't be relevant for this role.

-This person should also have experience managing an agile development process, as well as experience measuring the performance of each feature launched and helping set KPI metrics for the teams.


2.) Experience in customer service software, ideally Zendesk.

-This candidate should have experience in identifying/understanding customer pain-points, as well as determining how to best prioritize the resolution of those pain-points.


3.) Experience building and driving a roadmap to address customer pain-points is critical.

-Questions that will need answering in this role:

-How are we implementing our solutions in the local markets? How does that solution vary per market? How are we developing and enhancing our strategy? Should we be building out an agent and customer platform? Are we creating help centers? Are we implementing chatbot functions?



Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This person should have strong communication skills - be able to conduct detailed, thorough analysis, synthesize findings, and share those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures.
