Responsibilities:

  • Implement and put in process controls, process improvements and standard operating procedures
  • Prepare and be SME for internal and external financial reports
  • Responsible for preparing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks
  • Compliance with all technical accounting updates, SEC regulations, FASB updates, etc.
  • Prepare and present financial reporting packages

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of SEC reporting experience required
  • Self-starter with solid work ethic who is dedicated, driven and would be excited to take a company public
  • Great communication skills with ability to work with diverse personalities and capable of getting information in a timely manner
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA highly preferred
