Salary: DOE

Responsibilities:
-Oversees and delegate basic bookkeeping procedures including A/R, A/P, and reconciling of the G/L.
-Manages monthly distributions to vendors including accurate financial reporting pulled from the billing department.
-Creates, maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
-Compiles, prepares and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including forecasting and cash flow analysis.
-Leads monthly budget meeting providing clear data, analyzing costs and providing recommendations for process improvements or potential for added revenue.
-Oversees and delegates maintenance of employee roster, payroll administration and associated employee benefit management.
-Financial liaison for provider members, owners, managers, and administrative staff
-Ensure compliance with city and state requirements in the areas of taxes and licensing.
