Orlando company is looking for a Finance Director. The company is looking for a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Finance Director will include, but not limited to the following.
•Work in conjunction with other business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify areas of cost savings, focussing on better systems and processes or leveraging economies of scale.
•Provide effective analysis & management information to the leadership team that is a source of competitive advantage within the industry, and that identifies opportunities & risks and proposes actions to exploit or mitigate these.
•Improve the accuracy of pricing models to increase return on investment and secure funding for new business opportunities.
•Provide day to day leadership, determining priorities to create clarity and enable work to be completed efficiently.
•Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicating monthly and annual financial statements.
•Lead the annual budgeting and planning process and report to management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those variances.
•Support the management team by monitoring progress and changes to the plan to keep the senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
•Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to operational staff.
•Responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
•Safeguard assets and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience
- Communicate effectively with others both verbally and written
- Work both independently and with others as necessary
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to review work for accuracy and completeness
- Think independently and develop solutions to problems
