Finance Director

Classification: VP/Director of Finance

Compensation: $130000.00 to $160000.00 yearly

The Finance Director will be responsible for leading the finance effort for all operations in the North America group. You drive the accuracy and efficiency of the finance and accounting teams, as well as collaborate with sales operations, HR, legal, and all other business units.

This position will lead the North American financial controlling and reporting functions and ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting in compliance with GAAP. In addition, will be involved in financial planning and analysis processes including, annual operating planning, monthly forecasting and ensure internal controls environment is fully supported and maintained. Support special project activities including M&A activities, business improvement projects, restructuring programs, working capital initiatives, and hedging FX exposure.
This person will report directly to the Vice President / General Manager and dotted line to the Vice President, Global Finance. He/she will be expected to collaborate with North American and Global leadership, as well as the broader organization, to bring a detailed eye to growth while focused on process improvements as the business continues to expand. Support of global initiatives, such as ERP implementation and development of reporting with key metrics to measure business performance, is critical to success of the business.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related mathematics-based field

•CPA or CMA preferred

•MBA preferred

•Experience in manufacturing and/or service-based organizations is a plus

•5+ years of progressive finance leadership experiences, including managing multi-site plant operations

•Possesses deep knowledge and technical acumen in all relevant finance, ERP and related fields.
