The Creative Group (TCG) Atlanta has an exciting opportunity for the right event detail oriented! We are seeking a Event Director to sit onsite 40 hours a week with our client in the Perimeter. This is a contract-to-full time opportunity with 30%-35% travel. For immediate consideration, email resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] What will you be doing? ? Travel to trade show event locations and lead booth install, de-install, and on-site booth management ? Lead booth layout, according to design, marketing and sales strategy, budget, and brand guidelines ? Lead and formalize post-event debriefs ? Project Management, planning, production and onsite execution oversight for feature areas of 15 annual trade shows ? Communicate with major vendors to ensure deadlines and budgets are met for all above projects. ? Participates in pre-events and other meetings as needed for the successful execution of assigned projects

Job Requirements

At least 4 to -5+ years of Event Management experience - Trade Show experience preferred Project Management experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong self-motivation, initiative in follow-up, problem solving skills, and a drive to meet set goals. Ability to travel up to 30-35%
