Successful Diversity and Inclusion Consultant must be have experience with strategy development, affirmative action programs, data analysis and interpretation, partnering with stakeholders across the organization, facilitation experience, knowledge of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and someone who enjoys both strategic and tactical work.
