Our client believes successful branding is at the heart of every successful strategy. They believe that brands with personality win and we will not settle for dry, lifeless content for our clients. You'll provide leadership, inspiration, and senior-level perspective on behavior-changing strategies that raise the impact of our work across our clients? brands. You'll also lead and evolve the thinking and tools surrounding our marketing programs, research methods that bolster insight hunting, empathy mapping, and original thinking to nurture the creative development that weaves it all together. The Strategy Director will do the following on a regular basis: ? Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, whether B2B buyer, consumer, or channel partner including needs, environment, rational and emotional mindset, attitudes, business and purchasing dynamics, channels of purchase, etc. ? Effectively communicate these insights to the integrated agency team to inform marketing strategy and enable fresh, creative approaches to program design through KPI development, strategic recommendations, positioning, and creative ideas. ? Collaborate with agency team in planning disciplines to develop a cohesive, connected, integrated marketing strategy based on insights and best practices by utilizing POE marketing objectives and strategies. Deploy and lead these strategies plus analytics using HubSpot tracking and performance optimization software. ? Understand and present the ?brand story? to be communicated via marketing: illustrate the idea with simplicity, and develop the comprehensive marketing strategy, to motivate the desired behavior in a target audience. This involves: buyer personas, buyer?s journey and pain points, experience maps, content promotion strategy, messaging frameworks, plus general advocacy for the target audience throughout the strategic and creative development cycle. ? Be an advocate and truth-teller: Help facilitate and lead the interactive and campaign implementation process by acting as a resource for internal teams and a conscience for the target audience. ? Manage primary and secondary research efforts related to the development of insights including: Pre-sales evaluation, research, and overall project management (review/collaboration on proposals, questionnaires, reports, etc.), plus conclusions/recommendations based on research. ? Spend time with Clients - Be on the front lines with individual client businesses to understand marketing challenges and help solve them. ? Roll up your sleeves and help the strategy team develop and implement the philosophy and practice of our marketing framework while building connected experiences for consumers in today?s digital-first landscape.
