The Social Media Department Head is the thought leader for paid social at our agency and is responsible for leading the Social Media team (currently 10 people) in the development and management of successful paid social campaigns. The Social Department Head maintains an expert knowledge of the current social media landscape and emerging platforms and can communicate the ways in which paid social media can help clients achieve their objectives. This role is expected to demonstrate responsibility for account profitability through the appropriate allocation of resources and identification of new revenue opportunities and serves as an advocate for social media to both the clients and media planners.

Job Requirements
