Job Description

The Intersect Group is seeking a Director of Owned 1:1 & Personalization for one of their clients in the Atlanta area!

Director of Owner 1:1 and Personalization Responsibilities:

  • Thought leadership to drive customer engagement and deliver personalized experiences across company owned digital channels (including website, app, text and email)
  • Oversee creative and messaging in digital channels collaboratively with internal creative teams and external agencies
  • Amplify the digital roadmap to drive enhancements, new functionality and content
  • Own strategy and activation of 1:1 and personalized offers, including a strategic build of digital offers, active management of campaigns and activations, and gamification
  • Measure performance and ensure execution meets objectives
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology (online and offline), with an emphasis on the user journey and how to most effectively use stories to keep people engaged across our digital ecosystem
  • Drive cross functional teams within Inspire shared services (Product, IT, Loyalty, Analytics) to execute brand initiatives
  • Build knowledge on digital capabilities and tools within Inspire to understand the art of the possibility for the brand
  • Build and link digital initiatives to overarching brand positioning, objectives and metrics

Director of Owner 1:1 and Personalization Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 7+ years in the digital marketing space, preferably with 'owned' channels and e-comm experience
  • Proven record of high performance / achievements and driving impact
  • Experience within the restaurant or retail industry and/or a franchisee system preferred, and at a large-scale consumer-facing brand
  • A 'roll up your sleeves,' action-oriented approach, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills, including ability to guide and influence
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, leadership and a sense of humor
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
