Accountable for the overall supervision of nursing services for long term care facility in Tulsa, OK. Directly responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care needed for and provided to the residents. Analyzes nursing services to improve quality of resident care and to obtain maximum utilization of staff skills. Defines the duties of nursing service consistent with good administrative technique in assuring the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives. Works under the administrative direction of the Assisted Living Administrator exercising independent judgment and decision making.
