Director of Marketing

Compensation: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year

Essential Functions: -Provide support to sales team by managing Sales Channels and Marketing Campaigns Generate and optimize sources for generating qualified leads Responsible for optimization and management of all internal and external communications including but limited to collateral, website, sales presentations, case studies, promotional products, and events. Ensure uniform utilization of CRM and collaboratively work with team to optimize Support the continual improvement of the sales process by ensuring uniform branding, collateral, public image. Miscellaneous administrative work to support sales team Key Qualifications: Experience supporting and developing marketing programs that drive and support sales pipeline Ability to adjust to shifting priorities, demands and timelines while applying clear project management methodology Demonstrated leadership in building and promoting a culture of continuous improvement A thorough understanding of B2B marketing and sales programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Powerful work ethic and strong interpersonal skills Strong familiarity with and ability to effective utilize a CRM, and other marketing management software is preferred Technologically proficient Graphic and Website design experience a plus Strong leadership qualities are required (integrity, accountability, etc.)
