Well regarded Financial Institution in the city of Burbank, CA is looking for a seasoned and skilled Director of Marketing
This includes working with: Lending, Digital, Business Banking, Real Estate, Accounting, Operations/Payments, and other departments as needed. This person serves as the business lead (number 2) of the marketing department. This requires the candidate to take meetings on CMO's behalf and serve as a leader to various departments on Marketing needs.
He/she is a behind the scenes operational savant. This person knows how to work collaboratively between multiple departments on tasks that vary from product promotion, analytics, keeper of the marketing calendar, and responsible for all budget, website trafficking, Marketo, and performance tracking. This role requires a detail oriented candidate. This right fit will be a master multi-tasker.
The Director of Marketing is tasked with optimizing the Chief Marketing Officer's vision for the marketing organization. This candidate will help streamline key activities, provide tactical and operational support, and carryout the CMO's agenda throughout the company. This role reports directly to the CMO and interfaces with various business units and leaders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
A minimum of five to eight years of professional experience in operational and support roles for senior executives including the proven ability to interact with and influence senior leaders in the organization.
College graduate or equivalent work experience. Degree in marketing or related field desirable
Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously.
Advanced understanding of marketing concepts and delivery channels including direct mail, email, and social media.
Excellent copy writing skills with humor and attitude required.
