Job Title: Director of Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

•Manage internal team consisting of project coordinator, graphic designer, front end web developer, customer experience specialist/copywriter, mobile app marketer, drip campaign marketer/split test coordinator, and webmaster/ticket coordinator/user acceptance tester.

•Develop, implement, maintain and administer departmental standard operating procedures.

•Perform and/or supervise project management duties for all Marketing projects and needs.

•Lead and/or assist in design, requirements and implementation of marketing collateral supporting acquisition, retention and customer experience.

•Stay on top of design trends, web and mobile usability, and UX/UI best practices to improve the customer experience within all digital channels.

•Act as product owner in Agile based environment supporting development of the Mobile App. Manage product backlog and priorities. Continually find ways to improve mobile app metrics by improving mobile app functionality, increasing engagement, utilizing third party services to add value, etc.

•Manage customer facing and internal technical issues as reported by frontline employees, specific to the acquisition, retention and lending processes occurring via the website and mobile app. Leverage & coordinate SMEs in various departments to research and determine if the issue is legitimate and if so, develop and execute a plan to correct.

•Perform competitive research to determine ways to improve digital interactions, maintain industry standards, and ensure functionality across all common digital devices.

•Responsible for execution of customer satisfaction and Net Promoter survey strategies and analysis.

•Work with various departments to develop design requirements and UI of proprietary systems.

•Continually analyze where workflows can be improved, how platforms can be consolidated and better leveraged, and eliminate platforms where possible to improve operational efficiencies.

•Oversee and direct vendor relationships.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise employees in the Agency Services department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, man
