Compensation: $90000.00 to $110000.00 yearly

Robert Half is searching for a Director of Marketing and Communications that will be centered out of the Baltimore, MD office! In this position you will have a strategic and large-scale impact in the overall image and direction of the organization.

Functions and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for overseeing marking campaigns across all lines of business and manages the budget for all campaigns proposed/executed
•Responsible for developing a working relationship with stakeholders and deliver campaigns that drive results.
•Responsible for public relations and lead generation.
•Works with internal and external teams to partner for success
•Manage and coach a team of marketing and communications specialists

Job Requirements

What you'll have:

1. 10 years or more of Communications and Marketing experience
2. Financial industry experience (specifically banking) is STRONGLY preferred
3. Demonstrated strategic successes implementing communications and marketing plans
4. Demonstrated proficiency in technology
5. Bachelors or A.A. Degree in related field strongly preferred
